This year, our Women’s Day event will take place at Middelvlei Wine Estate in Stellenbosch. Middelvlei is a beautiful, intimate wine farm, but it is not the kind of venue where we want to squeeze too many people into one morning.

So instead of making the event feel crowded, we are splitting it over two days.

You can now choose to run on:

Sunday 9 August 2026 or Monday 10 August 2026

Both days will have the same TrailFun format.

Each day will be limited to 400 entries only.

Once the Sunday entries are full, Sunday will close.
Once the Monday entries are full, Monday will close.

We do expect this event to sell out.

The reason for the change is simple: we want the event to feel like TrailFun should feel. Calm. Friendly. Well organised. Easy to arrive. Easy to park. Easy to enjoy.

This is a Women’s Day run for steady effort, quiet strength, and showing up as you are.

The TrailFun Women’s Day Run is a public holiday trail run that honours resilience, care, and the kind of strength built over time — not on a podium. This is a space for steady effort. For showing up as you are. For running, walking, stopping, starting again.

Routes are clearly marked, thoughtfully designed, and walk-friendly, with support along the way. You don’t need to prove anything here. You don’t need to push past your limits unless you want to.
